Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st Class in 1-2 working days (not guaranteed.)

Europe and Worldwide Delivery

Items will be sent with Royal Mail, International Tracked & Signed service, or International Tracked /or/ Signed service depending what is available for your country. Items will be insured.
- Please note it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any customs or duties when the order arrives in your destination country. 

Europe - flat rate of £12, Royal Mail aim to deliver in 3 - 5 working days.

Worldwide - flat rate of £15, Royal Mail aim to deliver in 5 - 7 working days.

Returns

Earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Sale items are non-refundable.

Returned items that are not faulty will be refunded minus any shipping costs. The return postage will be the buyers burden unless the item arrives faulty/damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

It is recommended to use a recorded delivery method, as in the unlikely case the parcel goes missing you will be covered, as we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage.

Cancellations

Any cancellation of a made to order / custom made order will incur a 50% non-refundable fee.
